Group classes will consist of 2–4 participants.
We offer the following classes:
HIIT Group Class: This class is a high-intensity interval training workout that combines strength and cardio exercises in short bursts.
Bootcamp Group Class: This class is a full-body workout that typically includes a combination of strength, cardio, and endurance exercises.
Boxing Fitness Group Class: This class consists of a combination of cardiovascular and strength training exercises that are based on the movements used in boxing.
Each participant will receive an electronic invoice and must pay via Cash App or Venmo upon registering for the class.
Each participant must have a liability waver completed and on file!
